NSK-Warner (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. （hereinafter NSK-Warner Shanghai) was established in 2005, which is 100% funded by NSK-Warner K.K., a joint venture between NSK Ltd. (hereinafter NSK) and BorgWarner Inc. (hereinafter BorgWarner) of the United States. With the strong technical strength and high-level quality of our parent company, following the development of China‘s automobile industry, we play a vital role in the development and promotion of various automatic transmissions（AT).
In recent years, the environment surrounding us has been rapidly changing.
